Low season : January, February (except Carnaval), March, November, December (except Christmas)
Mid season : Carnaval, April (except Easter), May (except May holidays/Ascension Day/ Pentecost), June, September, October

Guarantee of 250 EUR (this will be reimbursed to your account within 10 days at the latest after the rental if there is no damage)

Charges included.

Cleaning by the renter or for a supplement of 50 EUR.

Residence tax 0.50 EUR/night/person.

Payment of 25% on receipt of the contract, the full balance is due within 30 days at the latest before the beginning of the stay or – in case of a late reservation – by cash on arrival.

Please bring duvet covers (220x240cm, 140x200cm), pillow cases, fitted sheets (22cm mattresses), towels, kitchen linen, toilet paper and dishwashing tablets bring yourselves.

Please indicate when you make your booking whether you need any baby equipment or , stair gates, whether you would like a large double bed or two single beds and/or whether you would like shelter for your mountain bikes.

Please note that pets are not allowed and it is forbidden to smoke inside the house.

As a tenant you must also take note of the domestic rules and we will go through an inventory with you upon your arrival that you will need to sign for approval.
